It’s time we rewrote the

I created LIT Leadership Academy to rewrite the playbook on women in leadership—because let’s be honest, we’ve already been leading.
We’re the ones launching new initiatives, supporting leaders, and driving change—just without the title. That’s when I realized leadership isn’t what we’ve been told it is.
